Vitamin D3 Plus provides a high dose of vitamin D3 combined with other vitamins and minerals, working synergistically with the body. When supplementing with vitamin D, the body creates vitamin K2-dependant proteins (osteocalcin) that move calcium. K2 is needed to activate these proteins, helping move calcium into the bones.
