Damaged Items & Breakages

To allow us to send a replacement and file a claim with the courier, you must provide:

Your order number.

A photo of the broken item.

A photo of the shipping box (showing any dents or damage to the outside).

Please do not dispose of the packaging until we have confirmed your replacement or refund.

Missed Deliveries

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 3 business days so we can investigate with the courier.
